Office of sports wellness and well-being has designed a 60-minute “Full Body Conditioning Workout” for students, particularly beginners and freshmen. Training sessions will be held at the main Hall Syed Maratib Ali Sports Complex on Monday-Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interested students (freshmen/novices) are urged to enroll in the program. The training session will begin on Monday, September 12th, 2022.
