Lousada Marching and Running Center joined the European Milestone initiative, which aims to celebrate the joy of movement.

The event is free and aims to get people to travel a distance of one mile (1.6km).

Participants can do it by walking or jogging at Dr. Mário Fonseca Urban Park on Sunday, July 4th, at 10:00 am.

Participants are entitled to a T-shirt.
